I would not calculate the 7,500 federal tax incentive, it's non-refundable. In Oregon they bumped have an actual rebate, 2,500 that partnered dealers will take it off the sale price and the you can submit an additional rebate of up to 5,000. The Mach-E gets the full 5k if you fall within a specific income threshold. At that point I would try and find one without ADM on the lot or wait until 2023 orders.
