Is anybody else going through the Buy Back option now? I don't feel like we are being represented well for the FOUR MONTHS we have had it sitting in the shop. It was because they couldnt' find a battery and now the latest recall is out and we may get it back this week and nobody can tell me if we can rely on it once we do get it back. Please help!

Hello, Has the buyback option been presented to you? You may need to initiate that conversation with Ford Customer Server and get a case number assigned for your options. My Mach just got towed to to a dealer yesterday after only having it for 2 weeks. Very frustrating indeed.
