Just like the first BlueCruise roll-out. Job1 cars had to wait months after it was released in 2022 models. From the article:
Ford will launch version 1.2 of its hands-free driving system this fall. It will first appear on the 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E before rolling out to other models.
If possible please setup an appt with the Ford dealer and let them run a scan on your car, and force update. In my case I kept on waiting too, and when I got the car in (for a week), they found that the APIM module was bad, which was holding OTA updates. Once they replaced it, my Bluecruise was activated, and also since then I have been getting periodic OTA updates.I waiting to just to get the first version
The module they are referring to might be the APIM module that kept on resetting when updates were applied. Once they replaced my APIM module all updates - even OTAs have worked. This is all academic as far as I’m concerned. Two dealers have attempted to install BC on my June, 2021 production MME All they’ve accomplished is to disable the Lane Keep Assist. They tell me the car needs a new camera and also a “module”. The camera has allegedly arrived, but we’re in about week 3 of waiting for the module. They haven’t received an ETA from Ford. I also received the message about the successful OTA update for the HVBJB and the subsequent messages that the update was “incomplete”. I have no idea if I’m being told the truth by anyone involved.
