That happened to an MME in Madison as well. New battery pack had to be installed. The dealer who’s car it was, was NOT pleased 😂

I've read a couple stories like that. I put the towing info from ford on my phone so if I need to get towed can show it to the driver.

There are a number of threads over on the other Mach e forum on this topic including where to get stickers to point to tow points and stickers that run the length of the battery rail that warn about not using that area to lift the vehicle.

Unfortunately this forum software won't let you post links from the other forum.

That's a pretty common feature of forum website software avoiding links to competition.

OK, got it. So I guess in the future I'll just describe where one might be able to find something on the other owner's web site. Thanks.

What works for me, is to name the thread that I want to link to, and mention that if they go over to the other forum, plug that text into the search engine. Failing that, take screen shots of the content and post here in JPGs.
Forums blocking posts from other forums is chickenshit, but there it is.

That's the reason I RARELY, RARELY come to this site...this site is much worse than the other forum, which, BTW, sees no need to block other competing sites. The desperate clinging to straws.
