Business advert in navigation?

OK, Only had the car a couple days, when driving I have the nav screen on display. At one point on driving today, I got a random popup message "tim's appliance repair" and then a "go" hot button below it? Anyone know about this/ Can it be turned off as I didn't need recommendations from nav as to what businesses to visit.

I kept getting annoying traffic alerts to a concrete company and then I realized it was a home business in my neighborhood and nav was using that company to advise me about traffic updates. I deleted my location in navigation and repinned it and now it uses my address for traffic alerts. Of course somewhere I have it entered twice so the name displayed is my address listed 2 times so that's the next challenge.

Yep! Go into the navigation settings; while in nav there's a wrench icon (i believe) in the bottom right corner. What you are seeing is suggestions based on your recent search history. I used to get suggestions for fast food. HA. I turned it off. It's a "convenience" thing for some people... like my wife! Who wants fries whenever we go driving. HAHA.

Yeah, disable them in navigation. Disable everything you can. Ford software is so buggy, I am annoyed with all the stupid pop ups when I start the car.

A quick lube service center kept popping up. It was later I realized that the MyTrends feature GPS coordinates to the starbucks I visit every morning was slightly off. The quick lube was on the other side of the starbucks fence. It eventually corrected on it own.

Yeah, this is a strange feature on the MME nav. Haven’t seen this anywhere else, including google maps. I see now that one of my neighbors is a locksmith, identified about 2 blocks away at a private residence. Weird that the nav chooses to let me know this….

ah, I noticed it would pop up "smart trends" and then offer to take me to an appliance repair place.
I've been wondering whether I can expect successful cooperation with an internet business broker since I've had certain difficulties in getting clarification on a few important matters. For now, I am not ready to be charged much for this service, and by visiting the link, I can get the desired results in terms of earning from this deal.
