The Park Assist hasn't worked since we got the vehicle two weeks ago. Finally today someone in the service department at Ford said "it is configured for Park Assist, but it is off" .. What does that mean? Does anyone know how to turn it on? Is it something I can do or does Ford need to do this?

I have never tried park assist. I believe it would be "cool" but slow.
If they say it is "off", then go to settings and do a search for "park assist" and most likely it will find a setting that can be turned on.
Mess around with the search function. It's educational.

It means all '23s don't have Park Assist

2023s do not have the feature. Dealership should know this.
