Deep sleep mode activated while in garage hooked up to Ford Charger L1 90% charge

I can't get into my car because it went into deep sleep mode after parking it in my garage two days ago and leaving it on the Ford Charger plugged into an 110 V AC 15 A outlet. I am waiting over 40 minutes for roadside assistance. Key FOB won't work, phone won't communicate. This is a serious issue and the service department at my dealer doesn't know anything.

If your fob won't open it, you likely have a dead 12v battery. Did you not get any warnings. I suspect the roadside assistance used the bumper access to open the frunk and charge the battery at this point.
I got no warnings. I had it plugged in on level two charge which worked but the food center call line said the 12 V battery went to around 6 V and it shut down. The drink didn’t open on first try. But after an hour we got it started. Now there is a warning telling me to plug it in. (Where it was plugged in and battery still drained) I have an appointment with my dealer tomorrow morning.

It appears you must be drinking based on this post.

My phone did. I’m not the best editor. Most of my friends understand my phone’s creative imagination.

Good morning! I would be glad to help you out with this deep sleep mode concern if you like. Just shoot us a direct message with your VIN and dealer name/location, and I'll get right on it. Thank you!
