If your fob won't open it, you likely have a dead 12v battery. Did you not get any warnings. I suspect the roadside assistance used the bumper access to open the frunk and charge the battery at this point.

I had it plugged in on level two charge which worked but the food center call line said the 12 V battery went to around 6 V and it shut down. The drink didn’t open on first try. But after an hour we got it started. Now there is a warning telling me to plug it in. (Where it was plugged in and battery still drained) I have an appointment with my dealer tomorrow morning.
