Ford's CFO (Tim Stone) was just on CNBC and said that the Mach E deliveries will start in "the 4th quarter." So its good to hear again that many of us will likely see ours this calendar year.

My takeaway from the earnings call is that :
  1. They have good enough of a cash position to avert an existential threat even if COV gets much worse through next year.
  2. Execution! Execution! Execution! The opportunity is theirs for the taking. Setting aside the Mach E for the moment (important but won't drive profits for a while), F150 and Bronco can deliver strong profits going forward. Bronco has ZERO market share and has 150K preorders. That's a HUGE opportunity but Ford has to execute. They can't have a repeat of the Explorer launch.
That said, I still say the MME is the most important Ford launch since the model T and will define what the Ford corporation is for the next several generations.
