I'm a bit confused by this, so are they using this as metric to compare the Mach E to gas powered vehicles like the Mustang?

The way I read it is that it's going to be used as a way to compare the Mach E to other vehicles. Like "the Mach E has a time to torque that's 4x higher than a Ford Focus." I wish they had a clearer explanation but I guess they don't want to give anything away yet.

Ok that makes much more sense, if this is going to become a thing for Ford then they should add some more context.
