Do we expect the reveal to be live streamed?
I have to think it will be. This will be a big deal for Ford. Oddly, it's a few days ahead of the LA Auto Show. I'm surprised they aren't going to debut it there.

As we get closer to the 17th, there should be an announcement about a live stream and when it's going to take place.
Mach E reservations will also be open when Ford reveals it on the 17th.

6pm eastern time on a Sunday. Gotta believe they are placing introduction to jive with NFL football Sunday schedule.

I think the challenge for this vehicle will be to make it look different than everything out there. That may be the reason that the Mustang styling is key to this. Although, Mustang being in its name means that this "is" a Mustang. So, hoping it is unmistakable so far as styling. Today it is very hard to tell the difference between most cars (no mistake as aerodynamics plays a big role). Hoping this vehicle is recognizable as the 3 mustangs I have/have had pleasure of owning.

It's actually going to be 6:30pm Pacific time so 9:30pm Eastern Time. But they still could have something big planned for that time slot.

I also agree with you on the styling, It's going to be interesting to finally see all the details on the production model and see why they're calling it a Mustang. Hopefully it's more than the rear lights.
Thanks, I missed that. I'll catch it during Sunday Night Football halftime.

Maybe it has a shaker hood, Shelby side scoops and a gurney bubble on the roof!

Traits like short deck/long hood might be on tap. If it were to follow the original mission of the mustang... It would seat four, have bucket seats and a floor mounted shifter, weigh no more than 2,500 pounds (1,100 kg) and be no more than 180 inches (5 m) in length, sell for less than $2,500, and have multiple power, comfort, and luxury options.

Not sure how this translates to 2020-21 or maybe 2020 1/2 would be cool, but would like to think it conforms if it is to be on the Mustang line.

I'd love to have some sportier feature and options for the Mustang Mach-E. As for the weight, it's going to be a lot more than 2,500 pounds just because EVs are just heavier than regular ICE vehicles.
