From what I've been able to find, depending on which battery pack and drivetrain you get the Mach-E will weigh somewhere between 4,394 lbs–4,920 lbs. Which is remarkable given the performance numbers it's expected to get.

Here's how it fares to some of its competitors. It's in the same ball park as the XC40 Recharge and the I-Pace but it's lighter than the Tesla Model X and Audi e-tron.

Tesla Model Y
4,078 lbs. (estimate)

Tesla Model X
5,531 lbs.

Audi e-tron
5,843 lbs.

Jaguar I-Pace
4,784 lbs.

Volvo XC40 Recharge
4,840 lbs.

Autocar has also confirmed the Mach-E's weight following the Mach-E's debut in London.

According them the Mach-E will tip scales in a range of 4,394 pounds (1,993 kilograms) to over 4,890 lbs (2,218 kg).

The car is 4712mm long, 1881mm wide and 1597mm high, placing it between the Jaguar I-Pace and Mercedes-Benz EQC. Kerb weights range from 1993kg to more than 2218kg

Autocar has also confirmed the Mach-E's weight following the Mach-E's debut in London.

According them the Mach-E will tip scales in a range of 4,394 pounds (1,993 kilograms) to over 4,890 lbs (2,218 kg).
Along with that the heaviest 2 door Mustang weighs in at 3,825 pounds. So depending on which Mach-E you get that's a difference of 569 to 1,065 pounds.

The light weight of the Model Y explains its extended range, acceleration and nimble handling. The benefits of aluminum and advanced battery technology.

I am not surprised by the weight of the Etron: it is not a "ground up" EV like the Tesla and the MME. Also explains its limited range and relatively slow acceleration.

The 4890 lbs would be the one to compare to the dual motor long range Model Y, base model available today.

From what I've seen from the e-tron luxury and quick charging seem to be Audi's priority and their customers seem fine with a smaller range. It's something I wouldn't have expected.

Not really:

Etrons are sitting on Audi dealer lots begging for customers. Discounts of $15,000 are common - yet very few takers.

The eTron will be replaced by the Audi Q4 at less than $50,000 with a range of between 250 and 300 miles
