Ford revealed today some information regarding how much it will cost to put a deposit on the Mach E.
According to their press release, "Customers can reserve their spot in line for the Mustang Mach-E by making a $500 refundable reservation deposit." Reservations will open following the Mustang Mach E's debut on Sunday November 17th.
There's a footnote in the release after that sentence that reads " Deposit only allows configuration of a vehicle. Reservation Process is not an order or purchase of vehicle. Deposit does not guarantee delivery of a vehicle. Refunds will be received in 7-10 business days and will be credited. Terms and conditions apply."
$500 is pretty reasonable for a deposit and it's good to see Ford making it refundable as well.
