My Dealership in North Bay Ford in Santa Cruz, CA. Adding to my frustration is their lack of responses. I called them a week ago and even sent the service rep "links" to various forums to search for possible problems. No call back from them so I called yesterday at 1pm and left another message for the Service Rep, Wayne Lovely. Their service is not very good and they are grasping at straws (in my opinion). While you're at it, can you look into the "escalation" that Ford Corp has said they have done twice on my gift of the triple warranty. I got the warranty on 11/30/22 but can't use it as Safeguard doesn't have me in their system. I've made 3 calls to corp. In my last call Your rep told me on 1/31 that she would call me back on 2/1 or 2/2. (The last rep never called me back.)
