Front Camera inop again! Can I use normal cruise control?

First post here. I have a 21 MME AWD.
I really like my car.
This is the second front camera that has completely died. Now the dealership has ordered a new “module” so I will wait 3 weeks to see if that fixes it.
My question: is there any way to use normal cruise control if the camera isn’t working? I know that adaptive won’t work, or lane keeping either. But basic cruise control… I wish that would still function.
Inputs?

@superwaddle, same issue here! I’ve tried everything short of just resetting all my settings (not that it would help), and nothing has worked. It’s pretty crazy to have a ‘21 that doesn’t even engage plain ol’ cruise control. Im also running in to a number of issues trying to get anywhere with mechanics at local dealerships. Just trying to get the update has been an extreme hassle (and so far the earliest I’m able to get scheduled is 8/13), never mind getting the windshield recall work done.
I love my car as well, but this is really kind of a mess.

I am pursuing a Ford buyback based on so many months of not being fixed. Will report back.
Still haven’t been able to fix the issue… I have owned mine since Nov ‘21. They have replaced a camera and an IPMA module so far. Waiting on regional field engineer now. Maybe next week? And they aren’t sure they will have a loaner.
I am quite discouraged.

inquiry minds what to know on the buback. seems like a nice option if the thing goes belly up
