Anyone know what this is in the frunk?
Interesting. I thought they just sat in there, I dont like the idea of not being able to quickly remove them if I want to (tool-less).Resurrecting this thread for the continuation of the Frunk discussions.
last we heard, @timbop stated that the frunk dividers can be removed with a pair of push-pin pliers.
That sounds like one of the first mods many of us are planning for our Mach Es.Interesting. I thought they just sat in there, I dont like the idea of not being able to quickly remove them if I want to (tool-less).
That's what the trunk is for, neighborhood BBQs and drinks! Not sure if anyone is still laying awake at night thinking about the frunk.....but at the dealer event I attended in Utah today, the Mach E specialist said that the dividers would come standard but they would be easily removable and not require any tools. I also noticed that there are cupholders?? in the model I viewed in the frunk. Not sure who is storing their drink in there, or maybe it's for the BBQ when you are using your brand new $50k+ car to have your drunk neighbors pull drinks out of the front. Not sure...haha. I thought it was interesting, but we'll have to see what comes through in the production models.
