you needed an adapter/ Where did you get it?

The adapter, called a 'Magic Dock', is part of the Supercharging unit, and comes out when the app authorizes you to charge. Supercharging units are being retrofitted with this adapter.

It is locked into the Supercharger and unlocks when you authenticate using app.
