Lane Centering - Switch it off permanently?

Ok, so this seems to be a Europe-only thing, but is there a way to switch off Lane Center Assist permanently?

Every time I get back in the car it is switched back on and I have to press the button on the steering wheel again twice to get rid of it. I know how to steer, I don't need AI for that, ruining the steering feel of the car.

Apparently on US cars the setting is persistent, but on EU models it resets every time (there's also no way that I can see to only get a warning... the only options are AID, and AID + WARNING). Is there a setting I've overlooked?

You can turn it off in settings. Did it on the first day since it feels like you are constantly fighting with the wheel

edit, oh it resets? Sounds like a software bug, settings not suppose to reset

do you use profiles? If you do, try deleting them all, do not use them
