I noticed my car did an update last night and I no longer have audio. I tried the reset of holding down the volume button and the channel up and down button simultaneously. It resets but still no volume bar shows up when I turn the dial. Anyone else having this issue?

2.3.0 update?

It says it’s Ford Power-Up 2.1.0 and my system is up to date. So are there newer updates? 2.3.0 sounds newer than 2.1.0

2.3.0 is the most recent but for some unknown reason not everyone has received the update. As of today, I have not

I took it to my local dealer Louisburg Ford and they ran a diagnostic that fixed it. Just said something got hung up in the OTA update

i used valet mode now when i play music from car play it cant not be heard and then it shuts the song off ??
