a military speaker will definitely get the job done. Now that I read that article it's got me wondering. Is there anything like that in the VW ID.R? because that car is insanely loud as well.There isn't any evidence they are doing that on the 1400.
I read speculation that it comes from straight-cut gears used on this model.
I think when they normally drive ICE cars like he did at the end, they use the audio cues from the engine to know when to perform different maneuvers. Which may be what he is referring to.
