Mach-e cannot charge at shell recharge stations

Did other users find the same problem on plugshare? For all my charging stations, I check plugshare before I go charge so that I'm not surprised if I see 30kW rate for a 150 kW charger

Was anyone able to charge Mach-e on shell recharge? Don’t know if it’s software issue with my 2022 Mach-e.

YES, I've been able to charge but it took a call to customer service. 800 number on charge station. It was worth it they are cheaper in this area at least.

No they were having some technical problems. The service person was able to turn on the machine, Have charge again with out a problem

I had a great experience at a Shell Recharge station last week. I have a 2021 MME. The 150Kw plug added about 60 miles of range in under 10 minutes which was all I needed to get home. But I didn't think to try and use the Ford App, I downloaded and set up the Shell Recharge app to pay for it.

That’s strange. I tried several charging stations and they all had same error message. I’m sure some of the charging stations worked.

I have tried a couple times at Shell in Wells, Nevada with my Kia EV6. As they say in Texas, "All hat. No horse." It could be corporate promotion for transition but they are not really serious about actual EV charging as of yet.

I asked Shell why this station has been non-operational for over a year and this was their response...

We assist with any technical issues but may not always have the final word in determining when a repair will be completed, since this process is a result of coordination between us, the vendor and the site host.
