Mach E - no electrical trunk opener

Hi,

we own 2 Mach E. One was built in 2021, one in 2022. The first one has an electrical trunk opener, the second one just a manual one. Is there a way to disassemble the 2021 one and assemble it to the 2022. I assume all wiring, sensors etc. Is present anyway.

I know it is very technical but if we could get some guidance or links to manuals it´ll be just great.

I'm not sure how the European models are configured but this may take you in the right direction...

The trunk comes manual, or automatic, i.e. it raises itself when you push the button. This is different than the handsfree component.

There are aftermarket kits available. They aren't cheap.
