Hyundai's 45 electric SUV (codename NE) was seen driving around the Nurburgring, thanks to Korean Car Blog.

The 45 (NE) is expected to have:
  • 80% charge in 15 minutes with fast charging
  • Length: 4635 mm (182.5 inches), Width: 1890 mm (74.4 inches), Height: 1605 mm (63.2 inches)
  • 58 kWh and 73 kWh battery
  • Range: 354 km (220 miles) and 450 km (280 miles)

From my understanding it's supposed to be bigger than the Kona. I think it's going to use a different name.

Tucson Electric or Nexo BEV perhaps? Hyundai has so many CUV/SUVs it's hard to tell them all apart.

It makes sense to have a model in each segment.
Sad thing is, none of these will be available in the US for years. The EV demand and market share is just too low compared to other major auto markets at the moment.
I think both US market share and demand would increase were there to be more options available, but automakers just can’t afford to have vehicles sit waiting for such a change.
