I have a 2021 Mach e with extended battery. It went in the shop last Thursday for all the recalls including the contactors. I had a small ding on the side, and I asked to have it fixed. After the recalls were done, they said it needed to go to the body shop for dent removal. After four days, they said if I’d have to pay $50 for the PDR. I refused and told then I had the paint protection. They said they know that, but the insurance will only cover $75 of the $125 fee. I still refused and told them to return the car. This was at Willowbrook Ford in Illinois. Has anyone else had an issues like this?
