I have had a 2021 California Rte1 and now a 2022 Premium. Both cars have had warranty software problems requiring dealer service.
In all cases, the dealer has had the car for 1 and 2 weeks to make the required changes
Note that Hardware module/software problems or faults show up in the vehicle log accessible to the dealer service advisors.
