Yes, I got the letter Purchased on 1/2/23 I spoke to Ford yesterday and I am scheduled to get another letter on march 10th. On that letter I have to do some kind of validation in order to get the refund. Ford giving rewards points is such a big way for them to save money. Not many folks need to spend 3,000 with rewards points on parts and services through ford. You can also use the points to buy a new Ford. Again, not so many people will or need to do that…..so ford saves on that. Tires are expensive…so maybe use the points for new ones when that time comes. I have plans to buy a new Ford in April, so for me it works out. So the next hurdle will be …….how long will it take to get the refund and points. The email says by end of April…… Am I the only one that is not really enjoying the car buying experience in todays world? And I am very happy that I am getting anything back from Ford due to the price changes. But! If I were to not get a refund like Ford “IS” doing…..then I would never purchase a Ford again. Owning a Mach E has been like riding a roller coaster…..its only had any of its connected services for the lastweek. So that was all Jan and all feb with no services. However!!! A bright spot is the Mechanic Scott at Autonation Jacksonville FL He actually cared and took extra time with me to get the car working. I mean he went so far out of his way to help and finally get my car fixed The camera behind the steering wheel was broken on my car. Ok but….I really do like the car and its a BLAST to drive
