It looks like there is a tow hitch option for the Mach-E with the Ecohitch!

Here's the link to the site - Torklift Central | Select Your EcoHitch Style

There's three different styles to choose from.

Hidden

All EcoHitch models are precision manufactured to have hidden crosstubes when installed. The only part of the hitch that is ever visible is the receiver and has a higher level of ground clearance than most hitches available.

Ecohitch Hidden

Invisi

The Invisi EcoHitch is completely hidden behind the license plate or factory knockout panel so you do not see the hitch when not in use. The Invisi hitch has the highest level of ground clearance out of all the EcoHitch models available.

Stealth

The Stealth EcoHitch is 100% completely hidden when not in use. The crosstube is hidden behind the bumper and comes with a removable receiver. When not towing or hauling, the receiver can be detached to hide the hitch making it completely undetectable.

Not really. They advertise it but the form just sends Ecohitch a message to which they reply:
Thank you for the inquiry and your support. We have not had the opportunity to test this vehicle and would not be able to guarantee the fit. We rely on local customers and dealers to provide us with vehicles to test and this one has not been provided to us yet.
If you have further questions on fitment or the EcoHitch, please feel free to give us a call at 844-369-9358. Thank you for all your support in Torklift and have a wonderful day.

Oh man that's a sneaky move. Thanks for the heads up Mark, I didn't realize that was the case.

Has anyone investigated to see if there is an electrical pig tail / or plug-in possibility to use when towing a trailer? It will be interesting to hear about what tricks will be required to defeat the car's safety nannies as a result of having something so close to the rear. Also, you sure don't want to forget and try to open that rear hatch with bikes on a bike rack!

some of the newer bike racks have a cam system allowing you to tilt the rack back to allow opening of the tailgate. I haul my bike inside the car where it stays during riding season, just easier to go and ride that way

Curt has a Mach E hitch. Look here:

Curt Class III for MachE

I have used Curt hitches for years and never had a problem.

You can find it cheaper through one of their dealers such as e-trailer.

Curt customer service said they did not at this time have a plug in pigtail for the Mach E. And they don't recommend going in and splicing something in, although they do sell those kits. Cust Svc said they are not advised of what is in development, but since there is already a hitch, it is highly likely they will have a pigtail, it just isn't ready yet. They make their own pigtails etc. Not sourced from another mfgr.

They don't sell the hangie down balls....

He did not want to mess up the bosses car.😁You have to take an underbody panel off and cut a plastic piece for the receiver to stick out. It weighs about 40# so it took another person to roll into place.

Livestreaemer,
Could we get some close-up pictures of the installed hitch? Curios to see 1) where receiver meets that underbody panel; 2) clearance of entire apparatus; and 3) bolt-on location.

Very nice. Is this the "stealth" or "hidden". I want the stealth so I can unbolt the receiver when I'm not using it.
