What can I do with the VIN?

You can use the following website to get information as long as you also know your order number. https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ I just got a build date last week with VIN and found this web site to pull up info - however, it seems like the site stopped working for me. I'm a little disappointed that Ford never sent me an e-mail with updated info - I called Ford customer service last week and got the information.

Entered both order number and VIN and the site said invalid order number. Well, just have to sit back and wait for updates in ford.com under my account.

Yeah, that site doesn't seem to work anymore for me. I also entered the VIN under "Add Vehicle" in my Ford.com account. It let me do that and it shows it is a 2022 Mustang Mach-e but that's about all.

It has to be the DEALER order # not the one on the Ford site

Seen it’s built on last Friday and got an email from Ford Monday today: it has shipped out.

what was your order date? I ordered in late Nov. 2021, and haven't heard a peep.

It was 1/30/22. It’s a plain select. I guess requires few chips than other models so can be made quicker.
