More sales begets more services. Not much practical reason to build out a charging network if people rarely use it. As compelling cars come on the market, like the Mach E, more and more services will follow soon after.

Remember there's a chicken and egg situation: more services convinces more people the car is practical, increasing sales. That's why I'm so happy about the creative settlement with VW and now the partnership between Ford and EA.
