This is really cool for anyone that wants to convert their car to electric. Swindon Powertrain is planning on introducing a compact EV crate motor next year. It includes a motor, single-speed transmission, cooling system, and power inverter.
The powertrain measures measures 23.6 inches wide, 17.3 inches deep, and only 11.02 inches tall. It weighs only around 154 pounds and makes around 110 horsepower, which isn't too shabby.
It can be mounted to the front or rear end of a vehicle which is really cool. It can be used for light commercial, sports, classic and recreational vehicles.
