We are at a campground plugged into 50 amp 240 volt receptacle and we are only get 3 KW charge rate. We have tried a couple of power poles with the same results. At home the 50 amp wall charger does fine. This is the first time using the included Ford mobile charger. Any suggestions?

Is the 50/240v cord adapter seated fully into the charger? Only thing I can think of is that it isn't. Others have stated you have to PUSH that sucker hard into the charger to get it to fully seat. Other than that, only thing it could be is a bad charger or the campground has really crappy utilities.
